Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep access until then and will not be charged again.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal (consumers)
EU consumers normally have 14 days from conclusion of a digital-service contract to withdraw. Upgrading or starting to use CRA Toolkit does not, by itself, waive this right. Any exception must satisfy the applicable legal conditions. Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU concerns fully performed services; Article 16(m) concerns digital content and is not a blanket waiver for this subscription.
You may notify support of withdrawal by any unequivocal statement. Where you expressly requested early performance and the legal conditions are met, a proportionate charge may apply under Article 14(3). Goodwill refunds do not restrict statutory rights. Business purchases may follow different rules.
Goodwill refunds
We will refund (pro-rated where appropriate):
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
- Service unavailability lasting more than 24 consecutive hours within a billing period (excluding scheduled maintenance) at your written request.
- Annual plans cancelled within 14 days where Pro features have not been actively used.
How to request a refund
Email support@cra-toolkit.com from the email address on your account, with your invoice number if available. Statutory withdrawal reimbursements are made without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline. Other approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method via Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we resolve almost all issues quickly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending resolution.
Statutory rights
This policy does not affect your mandatory statutory consumer rights, which remain in force.
