4 Will you still be selling this product after December 2027?
Products placed on the EU market after the deadline must be compliant. Products already placed on the market before the deadline aren't required to meet the full CRA (unless substantially modified afterward) — but Article 14 vulnerability/incident reporting still applies to them from 11 September 2026 regardless.
CRA applies to you. Your product must be compliant by December 2027.
CRA won't apply if you stop selling before the deadline.

Common Edge Cases
The mobile app IS covered by CRA. The browser-based SaaS is not.
CRA applies. Your product must be compliant to be sold to EU customers.
CRA applies to both B2B and B2C products. There's no exemption for enterprise software.
Financial support or sponsorship alone does not remove the OSS exemption (Recital 18) — it turns on whether the software is monetized or supplied in the course of a commercial activity. {link}
